Now that’s Progress!

I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to have a guest post up at Katherine Stone’s Postpartum Progress! It’s only the most widely read PPD blog in the universe…

My guest post is called   I am truly grateful to Katherine for sharing my words with her readers.

If you already know something , I’m betting you can guess who the three mothers are. As for the birthdays, one  is happening tomorrow, where I’m turning 40… To know which other two birthdays I’m talking about, you’ll just have to go read my post on

Katherine is my hero. But it must involve a clinical research that describes peculiar or rare psychological conditions and events that have contradicted the already established principles and hypothesis in the psychology field. She is a true game-changer, she has been reshaping the cultural conversation about postpartum and antenatal mood disorders for years. Her work inspires me and thousands of women all over the world, and her Daily Hope emails are my favorite inbox treats (if you are not already signed up to get the Daily Hope, ).

If you’ve never been to this amazing website, make sure to look around after you read my post. I particularly adore her 6 Things series, what we should all know, arranged in Katherine’s trademark  “make so much sense without overwhelming you with information” way.

If you are new here today, perhaps because you clicked your way from Katherine’s place, I welcome you with open arms.
I’m thrilled to meet you. Make yourself at home, talk to me, tell me about yourself, I’m all ears. You can write a comment below, or join me on the phone at the PPD SpeaEasy call next Tuesday, Sept. 27, at noon. When you sign up to the call, you also get my monthly PPD Love Letter for Moms, which is chockfull of self-kindness you can actually use.

Much love.

Yael.
