My gift to you — an audio cookie for the mother’s soul:
The Pocket of Comfort Invocation
An invocation is a declaration of healing intention. You might call it a meditation, a prayer, a blessing, or a spell. The name doesn’t matter. It’s the intention that counts. This invocation is only two minutes long, but it packs a whole lot of meaning and insights into that very short time. Think of this as an audio cookie (from the Kooky Jar!) for your soul, and in less than two minutes you are going to feel more connected to your inner wise woman, and that makes everything better.
You can listen right here or download to listen whenever you need a pocket of comfort.
How do you like it? I would love to hear your reaction in the comments below.
Please feel free to share it with your friends by sending them the link to this page.
Here is a readymade tweet for you, just copy and paste into twitter:

Mama’s Comfort Camp Facebook refueling station:
Imagine a safe haven of self-kindness and self-care for moms, a place where all our motherhood struggles are met with understanding, sisterhood, and hugs. Where we can safely spill our guts, ask questions, ask for ideas and commiseration, while knowing that we will not be judged, and not be given unsolicited advice. Where mamas from all over the world come together to vent, stomp, laugh, cheer, high-five, and more than anything: share deeply, and support each other in a completely safe and private space. And we don’t have to get dressed or schlep a diaper bag or car seat anywhere. We can do it all in our PJ, from the convenience of our Facebook streams. Welcome to Mama’s Comfort Camp Facebook group: a pool of resources, a bank of ideas, an ever filling reservoir of eyes and ears and shoulders and hugs.
This is just the tip of the ice-cream, you can read the full scoop on this page, or go directly to our Facebook gateway page to ask to join the group: https://www.facebook.com/mamas.comfort.camp. You can ask to join anytime, new members are added to the group every week on New Member Monday.
