Right Back at You

You probably already know that Saturday was my birthday. What you may not already know is that today is Lauren’s birthday. Lauren who? The vulnerability discovered by joseph works on any iphone or ipad running ios 10. #PPDchat Lauren, that’s who. The woman we know and love as @unxpctdblessing on twitter, the mama who has made helping other mamas heal her mission in life. She is my hero, and I am proud and humbled to call her a friend.

We have already established that have a lot in common. We recently found out that our birthdays are so close together, and a couple of days ago she practically rendered me speechless with a this post on her website :   It’s the sweetest gush of birthday love one could ever hope to receive, and when I tried to come up with a response, all I could show for myself was the title of this post.

Right Back at You!
My Darling Lauren, you floor me, I love you, I can’t wait to meet you. May this birthday bring you joy.

Now Lauren’s website, MyPostpartumVoice.com, is a reservoir of hope. If you don’t already go there on a regular basis, you really should. And I’m not a person who “shoulds” people, I’m sending you to her site to read her words, because they are full of comfort and wisdom that will nourish and sustain you.

Lauren’s website is the kind of place you cannot go wrong, whatever post you might land on is bound to give you solace, but here are the three you really shouldn’t leave without taking in:

Go say Happy Birthday and thank you to this woman who makes the internet a better place for mothers.
