Before we begin our journey on the UnGuilt Trip, we must clarify the nature and scope of our endeavor together. This class and all of my teaching and coaching draw from many sources but ultimately contain tools that helped me in my own personal experience, and are not based on scientific evidence.  I wouldn’t be teaching these coping skills if I had not seen them help many other mothers, and I believe that if you practice them they would help bring you comfort, but I do not promise to cure any condition or desease. The materials in this class provide ideas and coping skills for handling painful emotion, and the discussion forum for the class provides a safe space to get social support. However: our teleclasses are not group therapy, and our facebook group is not a crisis management environment.  I need to make it clear to all of us that I am not a qualified mental health professional, my services are not therapy nor medical advice, and if you are dealing with anxiety, rage, and or depression, I highly recommend seeking the care of a trusted qualified  professional. Also, please bear in mind that all parts of this course are copyright protected material.
