Things to keep in mind:
1. You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do.
You don’t have to leave your comfort zone:
You don’t ever have to do or say anything you don’t want to. There is no forced sharing on the calls or on the Facebook page. There is no forced anything. Some things in this course might be entirely new to you, and others may seem strange at first. I do ask that you experiment with stretching your comfort zone occasionally, just to try things on. However, if anything feels just plain wrong, please trust your gut and don’t force yourself. Do we have a deal?
Please take responsibility for your own process, ask for what you need, as clearly and cleanly as possible, and offer what you can without guilt or obligation. We’ll celebrate and support each other as we travel this road together. 2. Take your time with the class materials.
They are meant to be savored rather than swallowed. Trust your own pace, your own process, and your own way of navigating this journey. Pause the audios or videos whenever you need to, and work with your own rhythm of learning. Begin where you are. Try your best to be loving and kind to yourself. Which is probably not something you are very good at just yet. When you get impatient, please remember this: baby steps are an extremely efficient mode of advancement. It is precisely the baby steps that make leaps and bounds possible.
3. Our secret Facebook Group.
That’s where we’ll share our progress and ask questions. And it’s optional. You don’t have to participate, or you can just read what others are saying. You decide. To keep our space focused on its primary purpose, please don’t post any promotional links or materials here on the website or on our facebook group.

The calls will be recorded and shared with you via email (the files are too large for this website). I hope to hear your voice on the calls, but please rest assured that even if you can’t join any of the calls, you will get everything you need out of this course. Use the FB page to ask your questions in advance if you can’t be on the call live.

You’ll need to come back here to watch the videos. Please don’t share the videos or any of the course materials with people outside of this course. It is okay to share with people who live in the same household, and if you wish to share something we do here with a care-provider, please fell free to do so. Do yourself a favor: Print the ebook and handouts first thing, put them somewhere where you are most likely to actually read them.
Also, bear in mind that the videos or audios won’t make a lot of sense out of context, so reading about them in the ebook or the handouts before watching/listening will make your life easier.
