Thursday, not Tuesday, UnGuilt Trip, Shiva Nata

Haloooo! Greetings from Portland Oregon, where I am currently having the most marvelous time studying playing at   (with the Havi of the Wheeee!), in the most nourishing course ever.

You may have noticed that I’ve been hiding undercovers lately,  I’ve taken a digital silent retreat, because I’ve been having a hard time processing some overwhelm on my journey of helping mothers to go from postpartum depression to joy. And Guess what? The course is helping a lot, obviously, since I’m actually writing a blog post! There is so much to tell you about what I’m experiencing here, which will come soon. Rent contracts for shorter periods are unfortunately bachelorarbeit not possible. But I need to be at the Playground in an hour, so no time for that right now, but I’ll be telling you of the destackification work we’ve been doing, and about — the magnificent Dance of Shiva, and all the brain-zapping epiphanies that go with it. Soon, my love.

But before I go take the bus, I must tell you that there is a time change for this week’s PPD to Joy support group:
It’s not on Tuesday as usual, because I’ll still be in Portland. Thankfully the good mamas at Jillian’s Drawers are able to be flexible and therefore we can have the community room on Thursday instead of Tuesday. So come on over on Thursday November 3rd at noon, and I’ll have all the yummy Playground energy to share: it will be a very special meeting. We will be sampling my favorite activity from the UnGuilt Trip class, and I will teach 5 minutes of . 5 minutes are enough to start the brain on growing new healthier (and kinder) patterns. It’s magic, and no previous experience of any kind is required, since it’s all about making mistakes and having fun while not being perfect, so very much in line with everything we talk about anyway, and but in a way that integrates it with the body, so it sticks, in the most freeing sense of the word. And it’s  even ok if you just watch, you will benefit just from that. It’s amazing and hilarious. I really can’t wait to share all of this goodness with you.

If you can’t come to meetings in Ithaca, please don’t feel bad. I’ll be sharing much of this goodness at the PPD Speakeasy comfort call on Tuesday Nov. 8 at 8:30pm. You can sign up for the free call

Much love, and may the joy be with you.

Yael.

(P.S.  Added on Wednesday evening: I got home safe! Reunited with my boys and man after a week away, yay.  I’ve been gone from my family through Halloween, can you believe it? I’m going to disarm that bit of guilt in the group. I hope to see you and unguilt together tomorrow.)

Sorry, comments are closed for this post.
