Your Questions Here: #ppdchat bloggers Q&A party

Hello mama bloggers! The #ppdhat bloggers Q&A party is tomorrow night!

I’m so excited to get to actually talk with you! Adding voices to twitter handles is so fun. (Maybe someday we’ll be able to add faces and video too, wouldn’t that be awesome?)
Ok, let’s not get too ahead of ourselves here.

How this is going to work:

1. You need to sign up: in the opt in box on the right, or in the comments section below, or DM me your email on twitter @yaelsaar.

2. Phone number and access code will be emailed to you tomorrow by 2:00pm.  You can sign up as late as 7:00pm, and you’ll get an email with the call numbers by 7:30pm.

3. At 8:30 pm EST you call the numbers from the email. Lauren Hale (@unxpctdblessing ) and I (@yaelsaar) will be waiting for you.

4. Each of us will introduce herself briefly, and then we’ll go into Q&A mode.

5. Advance questions: I’m going to start with some of my questions. Got answers? Do share. Post your questions too. If I know the answers I will get to it even  before the call. . If you see a question you have an answer too, feel free to post it even before the call. We can also continue posting questions and answers after the call is over.  Ah, the beauty of the internet.

6. Each question should be a separate comment. Each reply should be to the individual comment question (like in the example of the very first question/comment below). That way we can have little mini-discussions for each question, all together on the same web page. Nifty!

7. The call will be recorded and the recording will be provided to everybody who signed up. That way we don’t have to worry about writing everything down, or miss anything if a kid starts crying during the call. Another upside of recording the call is that if you can’t join us for the call itself, signing up for it will still get you access to all the questions and the answers on the recording. And you can ask your questions here in the comments, and we will get to it during the call even if you are not going to be able to be there to ask it in your lovely voice.

I think that just about covers it. If you already signed up for the call in the previous blog post, I got you covered.

OK,  I’ll probably see you at the 8:30 #ppdchat tonight, and I can’t wait to talk to you tomorrow. Hugs all around.
